Raw materials

Carrier steel pipe is manufactured acc.:

- EN 10216-2 or another equivalent norm regarding seamless pipes, steel grade P235GH .

- EN 10220 – steel pipes sizes

Pipe ends are bevelled in order to facilitate welding acc. ISO 6761.

 

Casing pipe

The casing pipe is manufactured from spirally wound galvanized steel sheet with thickness 0.6 mm. The zinc coating is with thickness 140 μm. The finished product conforms to  EN 1506.

 

 

Polyurethane system

AVKO jsc is using polyurethane system with foaming agent cyclopentane. The resulting PUR foam is characterized with very low heat conductivity coefficient  < 0,027 W/mK.

 

Thermo-insulation shell

The used thermo-insulation shell is mineral wool with the following characteristics:

Heat conductivity coefficient     – 0,034 W/mK

Work temperature                          – до 700°С

Density                                                – 120-150 kg/m³
