Pre-insulated collecting pipes implemented for heating of sports fields

This product comprises a carrier steel pipe with welded on connecting pieces ending with internal thread. Thus prepared steel configuration is inserted into the polyethylene casing. The thermal insulation is provided by filling in the free space with PUR foam. Cross-linked polyethylene pipes are linked to the connecting pieces of the main pipe and are then arranged immediately underneath the turf. When hot water runs through them, it heats the field which allows it to be used throughout the whole year.

In this manner were made the filed heating systems for the following teams: “Ludogorets”, Razgrad, “Botev” Plovdiv, “Etar” Veliko Tarnovo as well as the outer hot water supply for the “Vasil Levski” stadium in Sofia.
