Pre-insulated high temperature collecting pipes implemented for ironing stations

This product comprises a carrier seamless steel pipe with welded on connecting pieces ending with external thread. In order to provide proper insulation for the higher temperature the insulation layer is double – the first layer is mineral wool shell and the second is PUR foam. Each ironing station is linked to the connecting pieces through armed hoses. The high temperature line is coupled with a condense line. It is also a pre-insulated pipe with welded on connecting pieces, but it only requires on insulation layer.

This installation was designed and implemented for the ironing section of a newly built in 2012 male confection factory “TOP MEN”, Rousse.
